Teachers
Dear Jason,
We would like to thank you and Mr Kita’s contribution and tireless work to arrange the Japanese camp for our school community. We were very fortunate to have the camp at Kingston Primary School for regional students of WA. The camp leader’s enthusiasm and passion for providing the Japanese education for our Australian students was greatly appreciated by us all. They were outstanding. It was a fantastic opportunity for our students and teachers to experience learning Japanese through fun filled activities collaboratively.

Hi Jason,
I would like to thank you so very much for the Japanese camp held over the weekend at Kingston Primary School for us. It was such a wonderful experience for our kids, and I am so glad we were able to attend.
As an involved teacher, it was wonderfully organised, full of action, wonderful wonderful camp leaders!!!
As a parent, hosting, it was such an amazing experience for our family. My daughter Kaiella is still upset at Kinukosan leaving and has been deeply touched by her whilst in our home. Her passion for Japan, Japanese and everything about the country has increased immensely, and this is a child who has grown up in a house already deeply affected by Japan the country and its people and culture. So I can only imagine the effect it has had on our kids that have never had that kind of interaction with anything to do with Japanese people before!!!
Thank you and all of the Camp leaders for such a wonderfully organised and exciting experience.
Kind regards

Mandurah Senior College has had the pleasure of being involved with Gold Education Tours for several years now and I have nothing but praise for them. My students have blossomed through these exchanges, and genuine friendships have resulted, that are now continuing through Facebook, emails and visits. Jason is very passionate about these exchanges, and his professional approach to all communications and briefings, puts both parents and students at ease immediately. A simply outstanding company who genuinely care about the students.

August 2011 was a special time for us at Leeming SHS because we were given a chance to work with Jason and Keiko from Gold Tours & Education to host a group of students from Japan. Leeming has a long history of exchange programs with Japanese schools but this was the first exchange we have ever worked with a company other than liaising directly with teachers in Japan. It was great having a mediator from the Australian end because our needs were well understood by Jason. Our parents felt comfortable because they could contact Jason directly on some matters and myself directly on other school related matters. The administrative work felt lighter than usual. Jason visited the exchange students daily and that was reassuring to the Japanese students. A delightful experience in all!
"Leeming SHOS students visited Japan in the October holiday this year. In Nagoya, Nara, Hiroshima and Osaka we were overwhelmed by the warm welcome of the Japanese students we hosted - just 2 months ago! One student travelled eleven hours on a bus from Ibaraki ken to meet us at the Universal Studio in Osaka! The seeds of friendship we have sown are blossoming. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing students learning from each other, breaking down physical distance, language and cultural barriers triumphantly."

I loved learning the Japanese culture. Being with people that share the passion I have for Japanese made the experience fun.

It was something that was so worth it and I would love to do it again. I’ve made friends I’ll never forget and learnt things I’ll use forever. I could never thank you all enough.
This experience was amazing! The sensei’s were really nice and awesome. The activities were fun and well organised. I learnt a lot about the culture and this camp was totally worth coming to. It has encouraged me to continue to study the Japanese language.
